WeiHai Jiahang Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1974, with more than 50 years of tire production history. The factory covers an area of 66,000 square meters and has a building area of 50,000 square meters. The main products include engineering radial tires, agricultural radial tires, engineering machinery tires, industrial tires, and agricultural tires. It maintains good cooperative relationships and receives technical support from institutions such as Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University, and Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences). It holds more than 40 national patent authorizations, including 4 invention patents.

The company has passed the assessment and recognition as a national high-tech enterprise, Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Weihai Municipal Industrial Design Center, Weihai Municipal Industrial Enterprise "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D Center, and Shandong Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Special, and Novel" small and medium-sized enterprises. It has obtained the US DOT certification and certifications for quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, energy management systems, and two-integration management systems. It has passed the third-level safety production standardization audit and is a member of the Tire Branch of the China Rubber Industry Association, a member of the China Minmetals Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, and a council member of the Shandong Rubber Industry Association.

In 2024, the tire production output reached 5,800 tons, with revenue of 94 million yuan and tax payments of 6 million yuan.

By implementing low-nitrogen combustion, indicators such as nitrogen oxides meet national standards. Wastewater generated in the factory is not discharged externally but is recycled through closed-loop circulation back to the cooling water pool for reuse.

Our company has installed online monitoring equipment at major emission points to ensure real-time monitoring of waste gas emissions, and the emission data is directly uploaded to the government's environmental protection department for government supervision and management. The company publishes pollutant monitoring data on time and accepts public supervision.

The company invested more than 5 million yuan to upgrade and renovate its environmental protection equipment to ensure it meets ultra-low emission standards.
